Ignite starts with a transformational virtual experience focused on leading through complexity, walking across lines of difference, and mobilising action to solve long-standing problems of poverty & division. Four months of weekly sessions from industry and cross industry experts, Working Groups, Office Hours, Peer Coaching and Feedback sessions.

What is Ignite, and who is it designed for?

Ignite is an 18-week fellowship tailored for women in agribusiness across Africa and the Diaspora, aimed at igniting entrepreneurs and professionals seeking to either start or scale up their businesses in the industry

What Ignite is not

It is not an Agricultural training program where courses like planting, harvesting, soil management, feed formulation are taught.

What can participants expect from the Ignite training program?

 Essential skills and knowledge , a sisterhood community. Access to market, access to microphone, access to finance

How much time commitment is required for the Ignite training?

 Participants are required to dedicate approximately 15 hours per week to the program. This includes attending virtual sessions, completing assignments, and participating in networking events.

What support will participants receive during the Ignite program?

 Participants will receive ongoing support from experienced facilitators, coaches and mentors throughout the Ignite program. They will also have access to a dedicated support team to assist with any technical or logistical issues. Participants will also learn the best way to access funds and how to tailor proposals whilst applying for grants.

Will Ignite offer networking opportunities for participants?

Yes, Ignite will provide participants with a platform to network and connect with other women in the agribusiness industry.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in virtual and in-person networking events, peer-to-peer learning sessions, and expert-led discussions.

Ignite will address common challenges faced by women in the agribusiness value chain, such as access to finance, market access, and sustainable agriculture practices. Participants will receive practical guidance and support to navigate these challenges and build successful businesses.

Who becomes an Agribusiness Igniter?

Igniters are typically daring women who are building resilient Agri ventures on the Africa continent.

How can interested individuals apply for Ignite?

 Interested individuals can apply for Ignite by visiting our website and completing the online application form. Applications will be reviewed based on eligibility criteria, and successful applicants will be notified via email.

Will I get a certificate after Ignite?

Yes. After ignite, you receive your certificate of Achievement. You can also opt for an accredited diploma, graduate diploma or Mini MBA in Agribusiness from the Cambridge International College, UK

What is the 10 days experience at ignite?

 Our  “Ten Days in Ghana Experience” a hands-on experience in Ghana for practical insights into agribusiness practices, market trends, and networking opportunities. An opportunity to attend conferences, awards, field trips and industry tours
